Dan is the leader of the Corporate Liability Management practice. He has been involved in corporate recovery work since 1990 and is a specialist in solvent company restructurings and insolvencies within the financial services sector. Dan is particularly concerned with providing innovative tailored solutions to address the long-tail liabilities of companies, including through the mechanism of a scheme of arrangement. He is Scheme Administrator or Administrator for over 50 insurance companies. Dan is a member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the International Association of Insurance Receivers. He also has a Masters in Business Administration.
