David Lloyd

David Lloyd is a partner who provides valuation, strategy and executionadvice to clients transacting in the energy, utilities and infrastructuresectors. In a corporate finance career spanning some 20 years, David hasadvised companies, investors, governments and regulators across a broad rangeof sectors in both developed and emerging markets. He has recently advised thegovernment of Slovakia on the privatisation of Slovenske Elektrarne, thecountry's electricity generator; he is currently acting as Trustee on the saleby Electrabel of electricity generation capacity in the form of Virtual PowerPlant. David spent a number of years with LCF Rothschild Bank in Paris andspeaks French fluently. He has a BA Hons. from Magdalen College, Oxford and anMA from the University of Toronto, where he was a Canadian Rhodes TrustFoundation scholar.
