David is a chartered accountant with 30 years experience of investigationsand the financial aspects of disputes. In addition to key quantum roles on anumber of high profile disputes, David has led investigations following thecollapse of major groups and into concerns over financial misreporting, allegednegligence and the probity of corporate governance. He has also advised clientson the financial evaluation of claims. David's experience covers both HighCourt and International Arbitration matters acting both in consulting andexpert roles.
