Debra is a Director in the Disputes team, specialising in transaction and shareholder disputes. Debra has extensive experience of advising and assisting clients as they prepare or review completion accounts, negotiate the purchase price, undertake expert determination procedures and pursue or defend breach of warranty claims. Debra provides pre- and post-completion advice to shareholders in order to assist purchasers or vendors to protect or enhance the value of a transaction and minimise the risk of disputes.
