Ed Higgs

Ed is a Director in the Valuations practice, focusing on tax valuations. Ed is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and a member of the ICAEW Valuations Special Interest Group.

He joined PwC in 1995 and has specialised in valuations of assets for UK and overseas tax purposes since 1999. He also has experience of valuations for accounting, pensions, commercial, transfer pricing and other purposes.

Ed has valued a number of different asset types (businesses, employee shares, options, debt, complex financial instruments, brands and other intangible assets) across a broad range of industries.
