Graeme is a Director specialising in disputes over completion accounts prepared on the sale of a business. He acts for the Vendor or Purchaser or as the Independent Accountant to determine such a dispute. Pre-completion, he advises clients on the accounting aspects of price adjustment mechanisms.

Graeme also advises clients on general commercial disputes, including contentious business interruption claims. He provides expert advice and assistance to claimants and respondents/insurers (or their lawyers) in the investigation, presentation and settlement of quantum in complex commercial claims. Where required he provides expert testimony in litigated claims.
