Ian leads our Northern Business Recovery Services Practice focusing onadvice to distressed businesses and their stakeholders on recovery strategies,as well as taking insolvency appointments.

He is specialised in corporate reconstructions and accelerated mergers &acquisitions. Recent IBR assignments include Project Daisy (£500m+ foodprocessing business) and Project Glencoe (£600m+ multi channel retailer).

Ian has also been involved in a number of advisory assignments, mostrecently in the energy and food sectors; bank debt ranging from £1m - £75m.
