Jon Hayton

Director, Forensic services

Jon is a Director in the Forensic Technology group, with over twenty years of investigation experience.  His key areas of expertise are regulatory and litigation disclosures, corporate and regulatory investigations, data-analytics, and computer forensics.

Jon has acted as the expert in a number of litigation matters involving the capture and analysis of both financial and non-financial data, email and documentation, including a number of assignments with the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Services Authority in the UK, as well as the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US.
