Jonathan is a Banking and Capital Markets Partner and UK Internal Audit Services Leader.

Jonathan has 20 years of experience providing assurance, internal audit and consulting/advisory services in the securities, capital markets, international banking and related sectors in the US and Europe.

Jonathan is the Head of Internal Audit for a number of internal audit functions outsourced to PwC and also leads a number of internal audit co-sourcing engagements. Jonathan led a project to transform the internal audit methodology and working practices of a global German commercial bank and subsequently developed the full coverage intensity internal audit approach which is now deployed at a number of PwC clients.

Clients have included Deutsche Bank, Freddie Mac, GFI, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Lazard, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, Tullett Prebon and UBS.
