Highlights of Kevin's recent experience include:
- Lead adviser to an insurance broker during a successful restructuringinvolving one of the first significant pension compromises where the pensionschemes have been considered for the PPF. This restructuring culminatedin negotiating the first substantial pension debt for equity conversion leadingto the PPF becoming a shareholder.
- Kevin developed and led the firm's approach for assisting with theimplementation of turnarounds in the NHS and was Consulting Partner to theDepartment of Health's National Programme Office for Turnaround.
- Kevin was instrumental in coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to developthe firm's response in the pensions arena. He has continued to act asConsulting Partner on a number of assignments in this area, including RoyalMail and P&O.
- Joint Partner for the turnaround and restructuring of Remploy Ltd, thenon-departmental public body which supports disabled people intoemployment.
