Mark is a Chartered Accountant specialising in financial investigationsrelating to fraud and accounting irregularities and to large commercialdisputes.  He has a wide experience of fraud investigations includingtheft by senior employees, collusion with suppliers, insider dealing,manipulation of financial results and abuse of client accounts bysolicitors. His commercial dispute work has covered warranty claims,disputes arising from purchase and sale agreements, share valuations, breach ofcontract and loss of profits claims and accountants negligence.  He hasacted as Expert witness and single joint Expert in numerous commercial disputesand given evidence in civil and criminal trials.
