Matilda Venter specialises in HR function effectiveness and transformation programmes. More recently, she has concentrated on the challenges of embedding sustainability into organisational culture and measuring the impact of sustainability initiatives through the HR function.

She is a graduate of the University of Pretoria in South Africa where she studied psychology and information systems analysis and design, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
