Richard Edmundson heads PwC legal services International Business Reorganisations practice. He has extensive experience advising large corporates and other organisations on complex structuring, compliance and corporate transformational projects, frequently leading multinational teams of PwC Legal specialists on cross-border engagements.
A tax-focused corporate lawyer, Richard provides expert advice on both UK and European corporate law. He works closely with global PwC tax, accounting and other specialists to provide a combined tax and legal offering—ensuring that our clients’ structuring projects are implemented tax-efficiently, and in accordance with their commercial objectives, across all relevant jurisdictions.
Richard has been a partner with PwC Legal and its predecessor firms since 1998. He began his career with Clifford Chance. A Solicitor in England and Wales, Richard holds a Law with French degree from the University of Birmingham and a Diplôme D’Études Juridiques Françaises from the University of Limoges.
