Richard has a wide industry experience including the oil and gas market,logistics, and energy trading and generation. Richard's recent deal experienceincludes the proposed De-Merger of GUS plc, the restructuring of and flotationof Drax Group plc and British Energy Group plc, flotations of Wood Group plcand Venture Production plc, Deutsche Poste's acquisition of Exel, Abbot'sacquisition and fund raising of Songa Drilling.
