Robert leads PwC's Hospitality & Leisure practice in the UK, having specialised in the sector for over 20 years. He is editor-in-chief of PwC's research journal Hospitality Directions Europe, which includes the firm's respected twice-yearly UK Hotels Forecast. He is also a frequent speaker on industry matters at conferences and in the press and broadcast media.
As a senior partner in PwC's London office, Robert's clients have been drawn from across the sector and include owner-managed and private equity backed businesses as well as UK domestic and multinational listed companies. Robert is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and although his background is as an audit partner he now oversees the provision of a broad range of services to clients, particularly in the hotels, restaurants and travel sectors.
