Simon leads PricewaterhouseCoopers UK Business Services which team focuseson providing value added services to enterprises engaged in the FacilitiesManagement, Professional Advisory, Human Capital Management, Distribution andLogistics and Business Process Outsourcing.

Simon's specialism is Corporate Finance; he was a founding member of theCoopers & Lybrand Corporate Finance practice.  Since admission to thepartnership in 1994, Simon has been both a regional partner, building asuccessful M&A practice in the South East and a Private Equitypartner.  Simon has a wealth of M&A experience including acquisitions,disposals, floatations, restructuring and refinancing.

Notable transactions which Simon has advised include the £350m recommendedcash offer for DX Services Plc, the £113m sale of Alpha Plus Schools and the£135m acquisition of Morrison Utility Services Limited. He has been featured asone of the UK Top Dealmakers (Daily Telegraph - December 2006) and his BusinessServices team won Rainmaker in the Hg Capital Rainmaker Awards in both 2007 and2008.
