Stuart Mckee

UK Head of Corporate Finance

Stuart has over 15 years Corporate Finance experience, having previously worked in industry with Coats Viyella, the multi-national textile business. He leads PwC's Retail and Branded Goods Corporate Finance team in the UK and has wide experience of leading corporate M&A activity, including acquisitions, disposals, fund raisings and private equity deals. He has extensive experience in this sector and has led a significant number of transactions.
