Tony is Chairman of UK Business Recovery Services and is its most seniorclient service partner. He has extensive experience of carrying out strategicand financial business reviews, providing other advisory services and takinginsolvency appointments covering a wide variety of industries, multi-creditorsituations and international business settings. He has worked on assignmentswith substantial operations in the Americas, Western, Central and EasternEurope and South East Asia.
Highlights of Tony's recent experience include:
- Having negotiated the sale of MG Rover Group's production facilities Tony'scontinuing work on the business collapse centres around implementingdistribution plans for the group's overseas subsidiaries, making maximum use ofthe advantages of the EU Insolvency Regulation.
- Recognised as one of the decade's most demanding and complex appointments,Tony continues to lead the administration of Enron's European operations.Current challenges include the management and realisation of value from avariety of gas supply, transportation and processing contracts and facilitiesand the development of distribution plans for the different insolventestates.
- Tony has led the provision of restructuring advice to bank and bond debtgroups in several high profile multi-national corporations across a number ofvery diverse industries in the past five years, recently focusing on consumerproducts and food processing.
