Andy is the South East private clients business leader. He is an Assurance partner based in St Albans and has been with the firm for twenty one years, including a five year tour in the Middle East. Eugene McCann is partner in charge of our Plymouth office. He has served clients across the South of England for well over 20 years, and has a wide range of experience across almost all industry sectors, from manufacturing, construction, high technology, distribution, leisure, energy and pharmaceuticals through to retailing. Eugene is a highly experienced assurance and audit partner, whose main focus is providing high quality board level advice and assistance to family-owned and other private businesses. He is also well versed in transactions work, having helped many of his clients with acquisitions, disposals and funding rounds, and has floated several companies on the main and AIM stock exchanges in London, as well as on NASDAQ in the US. Prior to his returning to the UK in the mid-80s, Eugene was with PwC in the US and in South Africa for total of four years. Tony has worked in the field of Tax Investigations in HM Revenue & Customs for twenty years, having spent five of those years in Special Compliance Office (formerly Enquiry Branch in Bristol/London) dealing principally with Tax Avoidance and Evasion and Criminal Prosecution Cases. Tony also spent five years as a District Inspector in charge of a traditional and a new compliance District and was a member of HMRC's training team for compliance under Self Assessment. Since joining the firm Tony has represented both internal and external clients in negotiations with the Inland Revenue Specialist Investigation. Currently Tony has responsibility for leading Tax Investigations in the Wales & West Region of PwC and liaison responsibility for PwC in the Channel Islands.

Jason is a partner with responsibility for entrepreneurial and private clients in the Cardiff Assurance practice.
