We speak to Mike Balfour, co-founder of the Fitness First chain of health clubs, about his views on management, investment and running a successful, global brand.

 

Business property relief is not widely understood, and we examine how this relief may be of interest to those who are considering passing a business on to the next generation.

 

Managing your own business is something that changes over time and in this issue we assess the possibilities for handing over the day to day running of the company to a CEO.
