Update â Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Pre-Trial Review related Directions Order and Re-amended Application Notice - 3 November 2015

Pursuant to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 9 March 2015 (available here), a pre-trial review (the “PTR”) was held on 9 October 2015 before Mr Justice Hildyard in respect of Tranche C of the Application. The purpose of the PTR was to deal with issues concerning the procedural management of Part C of the Application going forward.

Further to the PTR, the parties agreed, and the Judge has approved, a directions order which was sealed on 30 October 2015 (the "PTR Order").  A copy of the sealed PTR Order can be found here.

Further to paragraph 1 of the PTR Order, a Re-amended Application Notice was filed at Court on 2 November 2015.  A copy of the Re-amended Application Notice can be found here.
