Update - Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Third Tranche Hearing â Joint Statement in respect of German Law â 29 October 2015

Further to the order of Mr Justice David Richards following the case management conference held on 9 March 2015, and in respect of Tranche C of the Application, Wentworth and the Senior Creditor Group filed a joint statement of their respective German law experts (Judge Gero Fischer for Wentworth and Professor Peter O. Mülbert for the Senior Creditor Group) in respect of questions arising from the German law issues on 22 October 2015 (in German).
