Update â Waterfall II Application (the â Applicationâ ) â Position Paper from Goldman Sachs International (â GSIâ ) in relation to the Third Tranche hearing - 27 July 2015
Pursuant to the Order of Mr Justice David Richards dated 23 June 2015, made in respect of GSI’s application to be joined as a respondent with respect to Issues 11 to 14 and 27 of the amended Application (a copy of which can be found here) (the “Default Rate Issues”), GSI filed a position paper on the Default Rate Issues dated 23 July 2015.
