Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Skeleton Arguments – 16 February 2015
Pursuant to the Order of Mr Justice David Richards dated 20 January 2015 (a copy of which can be found here), the parties to the Application filed the following skeleton arguments in advance of the hearing of the first tranche of issues in the Application (which commences today with two reading days for the Judge):
- Skeleton argument of the Senior Creditor Group
- Skeleton argument of Wentworth
- Skeleton argument of York
- Skeleton argument of the Joint Administrators
- Supplemental skeleton argument of the Senior Creditor Group
- Supplemental skeleton argument of Wentworth
- Supplemental skeleton argument of York.
