Update – Waterfall III Application (the “Application”) - Lehman Brothers Holdings PLC ("LBH") Position Paper and Lehman Brothers Limited (“LBL”) Supplemental Position Paper 20 December 2016

On 11 November 2016, the LBL Administrators filed and served their supplemental position paper, a copy of which can be found here. 

On 16 December 2016, the LBH Administrators – who have been joined as the Fourth Respondents to the Application – filed and served their position paper setting out i) their respective positions (insofar as they take any positions) in respect of the Part A Issues; and ii) the basis upon which they adopt such positions.
