Christopher leads our financial services HR consulting practice in the UK. He is a Partner specialising in work on HR and people related aspects of process and organisation transformation, regulation and risk. He has a legal background, is Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) qualified and has worked with global financial services organisations in insurance and investment and retail banking.
Peter leads the HR Transformation practice. Peter advises on all aspects of HR service delivery and transformation and has led a large number of global HR transformation and outsourcing engagements at clients across a range of industries. He helps businesses align people strategy with business strategy and measure and build the effectiveness of the HR function.
Anthony is a Partner in our UK Human Resource Consulting practice and leads Saratoga, our market leading measurement, benchmarking and analytics business. Our HR Consulting practice incorporates all of the services that we provide to clients around the recruitment, development, reward and deployment of people. In addition to leading Saratoga, Anthony also chairs our UK HR Shared Service network.
Jeremy is a Partner and leads the UK HR Technology Consulting practice. Jeremy is also lead engagement Partner on a number of our key client transformation programmes.
His recent work includes advising a client on their HR IT Strategy, roadmap and business case which led to a significant client investment in a technology enabled HR Transformation programme. Jeremy is also currently leading an engagement with a global organisation who are moving from a federated operating model to one that is more global in structure. Jeremy has over 18 years experience in helping clients optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR functions through a combination of organisation, process and technology transformation.
Chris is a partner in our People & Organisation practice and the leader of PwC's Global HR Technology network.
Chris has over 15 years’ experience in leading HR transformation and technology projects in global organisations across Europe and the US, with a specific focus on HR systems strategy, selection and implementation. He has advised top-tier organisations across all industry sectors with particular emphasis on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in HR, payroll and global mobility.
Chris leads our alliance with Workday in EMEA having overseen the first partner-led Workday implementation in Europe in 2012. He has also led teams implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP SuccessFactors. He frequently writes and presents on the benefits of SaaS for HR and across the enterprise.
Peter leads our specialist Pensions Management Consultancy practice. He is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute with over 24 years’ experience within the pensions industry. He is renowned as someone who can provide strategic advice to clients on complex operational and governance issues and then deliver the resulting, often transformational change needed to address such issues.
