Our vision is to continue to be recognised as the place to discuss HR Services and Outsourcing experiences and connect with other HR Leaders both internally and externally.

Our Network has been going strong for over a decade, and consists of 60+ organisations across a number of industries. As a member you:
- Have a platform to brainstorm solutions to common problems within HR shared services delivery
- Understand current best practices within the HR shared services community
- Work with other members to solve issues and challenges from around your function
- Visit other organisations’ HR shared services

The HR Services & Outsourcing Network is exclusively for senior HR and shared services professionals with the agenda being driven by members. We organise and facilitate the meetings, bringing the latest trends, best practice and insights to the group. Members are from a variety of industries and organisations of different sizes, and have preferential access to PwC’s expertise and thought leadership.
We aim to reduce HR shared services and outsourcing knowledge gaps between industries by hosting biannual events, bringing the latest market trends and topics of interest to various HR senior leaders. We also create a space for leaders to share their experiences and solve problems collaboratively.
PwC’s HR Services & Outsourcing Network creates a community that can help you to transform and enhance your HR shared services delivery. By creating a platform to brainstorm ideas, share best practices and gain insight on industry issues, PwC helps to reduce knowledge gaps and facilitates collaboration with other HR leaders and organisations.
Through this collaboration, members of the Network can share their experiences and work together to solve problems to improve their HR and outsourcing offering. Members also benefit from PWC-led workshops and events that are focused on market issues and hot topics to help you stay one step ahead.
