Meet the team
Philip Gregory leads the assurance practice in our Sheffield office where he
has been a partner for many years working on a wide range of clients and
assignments. In addition, he leads our Pensions specialist team and, along with
his Director, Rob Boddye, is supported by Ian Appleby and Julia Delaney in
delivering assurance services to the pension scheme of a number of national
organisations and multi-employer schemes.
John is a senior partner in our Northern assurance practice. He has over 30
years experience with the firm in offices around the country and North America.
He works with a wide range of clients across our northern offices from owner
managed businesses to those in the FTSE100. In Sheffield he is supported by a
Senior Manager team including David Wilson, Matt Wilcox and Leon Hutchinson and
the wider office team.
David is a Director in our assurance practice and has been with the firm
since 1990. He is supported in delivering assurance assignments by the Senior
Manager team including Katie Poole, Nick Cooke, Leon Hutchinson, David Wilson
and Matt Wilcox.
Andy is a Director in our Assurance practice working with a wide range of UK
listed, private equity and owner managed companies in the region.
Joanna is a Director in Transaction Services and Assurance and leads the
Transaction Services team in South Yorkshire where she is supported by senior
manager, Neil Smith, and the wider office team.
Anne leads the corporate, private and indirect tax and human resource
services team in the north east. The team provides a wide range of specialist
tax services and human resource services to companies, private clients and
partnerships. She is also a member of our professional partnerships advisory
group, and has a number of major clients in South and West Yorkshire..
Lyn is a director in corporate recovery and insolvency and during his 9
years with PricewaterhouseCoopers has been involved in a broad range of
assignments, advising lenders in turnaround, new lending and debt recovery
situations. He is supported in Sheffield by senior manager, Dean Ardron, and
the wider office team.
Darren is a corporate finance partner based in Leeds, having previously
spent 15 years in the London market. He leads both the PwC Yorkshire corporate
finance business and the PwC Yorkshire Deal Team, bringing together a range of
PwC specialists from other lines of service to provide an integrated offering
to clients.
Peter is a qualified actuary and a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers
northern human resource services practice. He leads a team of 40 pensions,
employment taxes and reward specialists in the North East.
Madeleine is a director in performance improvement consulting. She has over
13 years of experience as a consultant and rejoined PricewaterhouseCoopers in
early 2006.
