Our Real Estate Audit team provides external audit and other assurance services to some of the largest public and private companies in the market as well as smaller businesses.
The Real Estate Tax team provides consulting and compliance services to a broad range of clients including funds, banks, corporate investors including REITs, property rich groups, occupiers and property entrepreneurs. We advise on all aspects of direct and indirect investment in real estate and have dedicated stamp taxes, capital allowances, VAT, modelling, business rates and sustainability teams who work with transaction specialists to optimise returns for investors. PwC's global tax network is unrivalled and we have won the Euromoney Real Estate Industry Award for best global tax adviser every year except one since the award was introduced in 2003.
Our Real Estate Corporate Finance team consists of a dedicated team of real estate professionals, with backgrounds in real estate investment banking, debt advisory, property development and investment and accounting. The team has a wealth of experience of advising on mergers & acquisitions, asset/portfolio disposals, equity and debt fundraisings and debt renegotiations and restructurings.
Our Real Estate Business Recovery Services provides advisory and insolvency services to lenders, other creditors and real estate companies in stressed financial situations. Our services include turnaround implementation, optimised exit services, accelerated mergers and acquisitions, solvent restructurings, receiverships, administrations and liquidations.
Our Real Estate Transaction Services team services include commercial reviews, vendor due diligence, buy-side due diligence and merger benefit analysis and post deal integration.
Our Real Estate Legal team has a unique position in the UK market place as the only law firm able to provide a seamless multi-disciplinary approach by working alongside financial advisors in PwC. They are a one stop shop in respect of advice on legal, structuring and tax matters. PwC Legal's experienced, commercially aware team provides practical legal advice in relation to implementation of real estate elements of tax structuring; acquisitions, management and disposal of assets; lettings for landlords and tenants; development; structure property lending and general counsel advice.
Our Real Estate Valuations team delivers valuations and value assurance for real estate assets, businesses and equity investments on a global basis. The team also provides due diligence advice at the asset level and lease advisory services for either transaction or financial reporting purposes. Our value consulting services focus on value optimisation, together with investment and options appraisals.
