The April edition of Private Business kicks off with an overview of the recent Budget and the coalition Government’s Plan for Growth. We talk to Mary Monfries, Head of Private Business at PwC, to get her reaction to the measures announced by the Chancellor.

 

We also talk to two of the UK’s most prominent business leaders, Karren Brady and Shaf Rasul, to find out their opinions on entrepreneurialism and their particular views on management style.

 

This issue introduces the Private Business Awards 2011, which PwC are delighted to be involved with. We’re looking for companies who really demonstrate the enterprise and drive of the UK’s private businesses.
