We look at what 2013 has in store
In 2012 non core loan portfolio transaction values increased by around 28% to €46bn. The UK continued to be amongst the most active markets with transaction values reaching c.€10bn, up from c.€9bn in 2011.
The German market grew significantly in 2012 with c.€10bn of loans transacted compared to less than €1bn in 2011. This was mostly down to increased sales of specialised lending and commercial real estate exposures.
