The Joint Administrators plan to make a second interim client money distribution (the ‘Second Interim Client Money Distribution’) on or around Friday 27 June 2014 to all eligible beneficiaries.
The increased rate recognises –
Additional recoveries to the Client Money Pool: predominantly as a result of the settlement achieved with regards to $1.0bn of pre-Administration Client Money held by LBB. Further smaller recoveries were made from LBIE Seoul and from other sources since the first interim distribution.
Settlements with Client Money beneficiaries: further settlements with Client Money beneficiaries have led to the crystallisation of their CME and as a result, the release of reserves.
If you believe that you have a CME and we are not currently discussing it with you please contact clientpositionresponses@lbia-eu.com.
