Future price limits - Changes and challenges for the water sector

Ofwat’s Future Price Limits consultation, published on 23rd November 2011, sets out the high level framework for price setting, starting at the 2014 price review.

Ofwat’s preferred approach is to set two separate price caps applying from April 2015, one for retail services and one for wholesale services.
