Professional services firm PwC is inviting applications from businesses in the West region to take part in it’s 2017 West of England Business of the Year Awards, which launch today.
This is the 29th year of the awards, which celebrate and promote the fantastic range of businesses that we have in the region.
A team of highly respected judges from the local business community, including former Business of the Year winners, are looking to hear from businesses who would like to enter one of just two prestigious categories:
Best business with a turnover of less than £30 million
Best business with a turnover of more than £30 million
The awards are renowned for the value that the judging process offers to entrants, with shortlisted finalists receiving a personal visit from the judges.
Katharine Finn, PwC’s West Region Chair said:
“The West is home to many inspiring, innovative and interesting businesses, both big and small. We often hear how businesses are committed to developing their people and supporting their local community and we would like to share these stories. If you have a great all round business model, I would like to encourage you to enter these awards”.
“Looking back over the last 28 years of the awards, winning companies have continued to go from strength to strength and collectively increased their profits and turnover which is a fantastic achievement for their businesses and for the region as a whole.”
Entries open on 1 February 2017, close on 30 April 2017.
There is no cost to enter or be part of the Award programme.
The awards will culminate with a gala dinner under Concorde at the new Aerospace Museum in Bristol on 6 September.
