As an apprentice on the Flying Start Business Management programme most of your week will be spent working in the business, learning on the job. You’ll also attend university on a day release basis studying towards a degree: BSc Hons Leading on Customer Operations at Ulster University Business School, gaining the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need in order to thrive in the Operate business.

You’ll be paid a highly competitive salary of £24,700 per annum from day one, including access to a range of extra PwC benefits for you to enjoy as part of our flexible benefits package.
As part of this degree apprenticeship, your tuition fees are fully funded for the degree programme meaning you don’t have to worry about funding these yourself and can enjoy the perks of receiving a monthly salary.
You’ll be supported by PwC and the university throughout the apprenticeship programme and beyond, with a Career Coach, a buddy, an Academic Studies Advisor and of course your fellow Flying Start apprentice peers.
The Business Management Flying Start degree programme will last four years but will be so much more than just a qualification - it’s a fast-track to your career in business. Having truly got your career off to a Flying Start, you can continue with your progression and explore ways in which you can continue to grow and develop with an organisation who’ll support you to be the best you can be.
You’ll need to have at least a 112 UCAS tariff (excluding General Studies) from up to three full A-Levels (or equivalent), and a Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
Exams must have been taken in the same sitting and resits are accepted only where modules or papers have been retaken in the same academic year. If you have any extenuating circumstances related to your exam marks or the sequencing of your exams, please declare this on your application and this will be considered as we review your application.
To receive the funding for the apprenticeship you'll also need to meet the requirements of the Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) within Northern Ireland.
