We’re hiring Client Services Administrators to join us in Bradford

Our growing Competency Centre supports our Audit business across the UK. Our Audit team uses cutting-edge technology to check key areas of a company’s financial statements and gets to grips with every aspect of our clients’ activities. It's important work that strengthens how companies are run, playing a significant role in ensuring the reliability and relevance of business information.

As part of the team you’ll work with audit teams across the UK to provide insight and value through performing a variety of essential audit duties. This will include validating information such as invoices and bank statements against underlying client records, checking the accuracy of a client’s financial information, communicating any findings/issues with the data provided and applying PwC audit best practice and testing strategies.

Who we’re looking for

New to the world of work or looking to take your career in a new direction? As part of our team you’ll develop skills and boost your employability no matter what your background or work experience.  We’ll provide full training to you in basic auditing, bookkeeping and other skills required for the role.

In order to feel comfortable in your role as a Client Services Administrator, you’ll have;

  • Experience in working with Excel and/or Google.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.


Preparing for our application process

We all have one thing in common - an appetite to learn. That’s why we’d like to share learning materials to help you prepare for our application process. 

  • Excel online training - learn the basics of Excel through Microsoft’s free online learning resources.

  • Google Workspace Learning Centre - get an introduction to the full Google suite to build an understanding of how we work collaboratively.

  • Be a strong communicator - Learn more about listening to others and communicating confidently.

  • Be a team player - Learn more about giving your best and supporting others.

  • Sample online test - As part of the application process, you’ll need to complete a short online test. This assesses your ability to understand and process written information and numbers, and how good you are at checking the accuracy of your work. To help you prepare, we recommend familiarising yourself with the types of questions by completing a sample test.

What to expect after you apply

  • A member of our team will call you. This is to check that you understand the role you’ve applied for, ask some simple questions about your current situation and give you the opportunity to ask anything that you’d like to know.
  • We’ll ask you to complete a short online test. This assesses your ability to understand and process written information and numbers, and how good you are at checking the accuracy of your work.
  • We’ll invite you to meet us in person or virtually. You’ll join a number of other candidates in one of our offices for an interview and a test designed to assess your ability to interpret and then respond to some mock emails.
