Work from home and provide Secretarial and Administrative support to Partners and Directors
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll support your Partners and Directors from home four days a week and come into your local PwC office one day per week. On this day you’ll meet your colleagues both virtual and onsite, as well as your Manager and Team Leader and any stakeholders who may be in the local office. We use ‘Google Cloud’ to make working from home, or the office, a collaborative and efficient experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll need to take personal responsibility for all aspects of this support role. You’ll need to demonstrate your ability to work on your own and to make swift, sensible decisions to support your Partners and Directors at all times.
A strong commitment and mindset to delivering excellent customer service is essential, as adapting your day and priorities around the needs of a small stakeholder group is your primary aim. Also needed are strong technical skills and the ability to keep up-to-date with current and emerging technologies. These include social media and other web-based networking tools.
On joining, you’ll complete a three week immersive induction programme, to fully equip you to do your job as a Virtual Assistant in PwC.
