Work from home and provide Secretarial and Administrative support to Partners and Directors
We use ‘Google Cloud’ to make working from home, or the office, a collaborative and efficient experience. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll need to take personal responsibility and pride in your work and be able to prioritise, organise and manage diaries amongst other tasks. You’ll need to demonstrate your ability to work on your own and to make swift, sensible decisions to support your Partners and Directors at all times.
The role needs you to be able to self-manage your time, taking personal responsibility to prioritise, organise and manage events and tasks. A customer service mindset is essential. Also needed are strong technical skills and the ability to keep up-to-date with current and emerging technologies. These include social media and other web-based networking tools.
