Our Deals business is an exciting, fast-paced and an ever-growing business that focuses on deals and crisis situations for our clients.

The Deals Strategy and Operations (DS&O) business is a joint venture between our Consulting and Deals practices.

We’re committed to grow this area and it’s one of our biggest investments leveraging our position as the dominant deal advisory business. We will be looking to grow the team significantly over the next two years.

DS&O delivers an end-to-end deals service to help our clients achieve success from their deals and create value through M&As, disposals and restructuring. It provides a fully integrated and seamless go to market sales- through-to-delivery approach. We’ve been involved in more deals than any other adviser and have over 4,000 deals professionals in more than 75 countries.
