Our services include: 

Change Solutions
Operate’s Change Solutions team use their expertise to support our clients’ change programmes. Our project managers, PMOs and business analysts work with client teams in various industries to help them respond to regulatory change.
Compliance Testing
Our compliance and monitoring teams ensure that our clients comply with national and global regulations, and IT best practice. By conducting manual and automated testing of their systems, we can help protect large businesses against the costs of non-compliance.
Customer Management
Operate’s customer management team help our clients deal with complaints, as well as run remediation programmes where we put right what’s gone wrong. Whether in response to a regulator’s instructions, or because of high volumes of complaints, our redress teams are often quickly deployed to deal with financial services scenarios.
Business Operations
Business Operations provides a range of services to the wider PwC firm worldwide and to our clients. Through the provision of immigration support and employee screening services, our team make sure our clients can onboard their employees and comply with immigration rules quickly.
Contract Solutions
When regulations or the market changes, organisations sometimes need to update the contracts they hold. Operate’s Contract Solutions team combines technology and regulatory expertise to help our clients ‘repaper’.
Financial Crime and Customer onboarding
Our customer onboarding and lifecycle team ensure that our customers comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. This includes during the onboarding process and when regulations have changed meaning that banks have to undertake checks on current customers.
Technology Solutions
Our Technology Solutions team is made up of experienced IT project managers, developers and testers who help implement large technology change programmes.
Finance Solutions
Our finance team work with a range of clients to plug gaps in their finance function, or deliver time-limited projects where specialist finance knowledge is required. In some cases, they even perform part or whole of a client’s finance function for them.
Trade Operations
Our Trade Operations team provide services for clients in capital markets, helping them stay compliant when trading.

PwC’s Software Testing and Automation Academy

We’re accepting applications for our Software Testing and Automation Academy, delivered in collaboration with the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland. 

The programme provides a platform to learn how to code, understand methodologies as well as gain your ISTQB certification. The eight-week programme prepares you for a career in tech - whether you've just graduated, are taking your career in a different direction or returning to the workplace. Previous experience is not required but applicants must hold at least a 2:2 degree in any discipline. Upon completion of either programme, you’ll be guaranteed an interview for a role with us in Northern Ireland.

Please note: You must be eligible to work full time in the UK or hold the relevant work visa to be considered.
