We are the largest UK Tax practice and the leading reputation, according to the Global Tax Monitor.

Our knowledge and experience in this area help organisations and the people who run them answer the big business questions. How should we raise finance?

Where should we be based? How should we reward our people? With some 3,300 experts whose expertise covers every conceivable area of taxation, it’s one of the leading tax practices in the UK. But we don’t just react to immediate needs. We also use our initiative and industry insight to plan solutions to more complex, problems, on projects that could range from restructuring a multimillion-pound property portfolio to advising a rock star on the tax implications of their worldwide tour.

As an experienced Tax professional, you’d join us in one of three key areas:

Corporate & Indirect Tax helps clients - from huge multinationals to privately-owned family businesses - reduce their tax burden, manage their finances and keep pace with changing tax regimes both here and overseas.

Private client tax advises high net worth Individuals based in NI and high earning executives on all aspects of their personal tax affairs. This includes income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. The team regularly interacts with a client's financial adviser and wealth manager to ensure that the client's tax affairs are managed efficiently. The focus of the team is on building strong personal relationships with clients, their family and advisers.

Human Resource Consulting is tremendously varied and includes tax and social security, compensation and benefits, international pensions, employee share schemes and incentives and employment law. Advising clients on the complex tax implications for employees who are sent abroad to work before returning to the UK, is another increasingly important aspect of our work.
