Our e-learn has been designed to give an insight into why employers like us use psychometric assessments. It will also help you to understand what you can do to prepare and gives you the chance to practise different assessment types through some example questions.
You’ll also get feedback on how you performed on the practice examples, so that you can learn and be in a position to perform at your best when taking these for real.
We’d encourage you to complete each section in order initially, so you get the most benefit, but you can navigate to different sections of the e-learn at any time.
We estimate it will take you around 60 minutes to complete the e-learn.
