In our Corporate Finance team you'll Supporting either our London-based Mergers and Acquisitions or Infrastructure and Government team, you’ll produce a range of research, analysis, business case development, feasibility studies and financial modelling. You’ll need to be a team-playing self-starter who has plenty of initiative. The work you do will help corporates, institutional investors and governments make informed decisions – whether they’re buying, selling, raising finance, achieving best value for money or managing risk.
In our Capital Projects Services team you'd be working with high-profile clients, supporting international projects, understanding the bigger picture – you’ll do it all as a graduate with our Capital Projects Services team. A respected employee from the word go, you’ll learn how to advise clients on business issues that arise when delivering capital projects. You’ll provide project and programme management solutions and will offer dispute advisory services for projects that have failed.
Our Forensic Technology Solutions we help clients manage vast amounts of electronic data, overcome legal and business hurdles, and respond to critical events, combining detective mind-sets and the latest advanced technology. Our Technology expertise is in high demand. Our people are naturally inquisitive, analytical and enjoy solving problems. You could be searching the personal computer and smartphone of a suspected executive, or working with law firms to help solve a client’s court case. These are some of the challenges you’ll face as part of the team in one of the largest Forensic Technology practices in the world.
Our Cyber Security team help our clients with detailed data and technical analysis, as well as advise senior management and boards in shaping a broader strategic response to cyber risk. Our specialists help clients reduce their exposure to cyber threats, improve their defences and respond to cyber incidents. You could be responsible for unpicking breach indicators from live memory captures, deploying host and network monitoring agents across an enterprise, reverse engineering custom malware samples or penetrating client networks and systems to find threats and vulnerabilities.
Our PwC Augment team supports our banking and financial services client base on a wide range of challenging projects. Our clients vary from large banks to asset managers and hedge funds, while the projects include compliance and regulatory change, finance/operational transformations, redress & remediation, restructuring, research and acquisitions & mergers.
An analytical, investigative mind, a keen eye for detail and the ability to offer a commercial viewpoint based on your analysis. You must also be good at working with other people, building strong relationships and handling challenging circumstances or tight deadlines.
