You’ll gain a degree, and hopefully impress us enough to secure a job with us after you graduate.



Queen’s University Belfast Technology Degree Apprenticeship

Our innovative Technology Degree Apprenticeship has been specially designed in partnership with Queen’s University Belfast. On these fully funded degree apprenticeship programmes, you’ll gain a blend of work experience with our Tech teams during your periods of work based learning, whilst studying towards a degree in Software Engineering.


Queen’s University Belfast Flying Start Business programme

We’ve partnered with Queen’s University Belfast Management School to develop an employability programme for undergraduate students. If you’re studying at Queen’s University Belfast, and you want to start your career, you’ll have the opportunity to apply to our Flying Start Business programme.


If you’re successful, your place on Flying Start will kick-off in your first year, with a 2-day Talent Academy to give you a greater insight into our business. At the end of the 2-day event, you’ll be interviewed for the business area you’d like to spend the rest of the programme in. During your second year you’ll have the opportunity to undertake a paid Summer Internship, and, in your third year, you can carry out your work placement with us if your course requires it.

To be eligible to join this programme, you’ll need to be studying at Queen’s University Belfast, and be on course for a 2:1 or above in one of the following BSc (Hons) degrees:

  • Accounting
  • Business Management
  • Business Economics
  • Economics
  • Economics and Finance
  • Economics and Accounting
  • Finance.
