A day-long programme designed to help you build your confidence and resilience skills, find out what’s important to you from your future career, and help you learn more about PwC and the opportunities we offer
We’re excited to launch Females of the Future, a programme designed to inspire and support women who are starting to think about their future and might be considering a career with PwC. The event is aimed at students in Years 10 - 13 (England and Wales), Years 11 - 13 (NI) and S4 - 6 (Scotland). Females of the Future is designed to help inspire and support you navigate potential career opportunities with us. The programme is a one-day event held at a local PwC office.
The day will consist of a series of fun activities with guest speakers, a healthy and tasty lunch and the opportunity to ask lots of questions in a relaxed environment, whilst learning more about what it’s like working at PwC.
You’ll be inspired by one of our leaders, we’ll help you develop your confidence and resilience, and understand your skills and values and how they could relate to your future career. Finally, we’ll share with you our focus on diversity and why it matters to us.
We know that professional services - particularly Accounting and Technology - may not seem like your first choice in a career. We want to break down any myths and barriers and showcase the fantastic opportunities that are available to you at PwC - you’ll be surprised by what we get up to.
More dates will follow, in the meantime, why not sign up for our Talent Network to stay updated and be the first to hear about your opportunities!
