There are a number of ways you can engage with PwC whilst you are still at school or college, all of which will help you find out more about who we are, what we do and our core values.

Our Females of the Future event is aimed at students in Years 10 - 13 (England and Wales), Years 11 - 14 (NI) and S4 - 6 (Scotland) and is designed to help inspire and support you in navigating your potential career opportunities with us. This is a one-day event held at a local PwC office.

PwC is very clear that our people are the heart of our firm - attracting the right talent is key and as a progressive employer we’re engaging with the workforce of the future to ensure we inspire candidates of all genders, ethnicities and from all walks of life to consider a career with PwC. As a result, some of our events may have a particular focus but anyone can attend them.

We're delighted to have launched our Females of the Future events for 2019, these programmes are designed to help inspire and support you to learn more about PwC and what a potential career in professional services could look like. The programme is a one-day event held at a PwC office and is open to all, regardless of gender.

The day will consist of a series of fun and engaging activities which will help you understand your skills, focus on your core values and how these could relate to your career choice, all whilst learning more about what it  is like working at PwC, from the people who actually work here.

Throughout the day you will hear from a range of female role models, be inspired by our leaders and work on insightful group activities. You will hear about how you can continue to engage with us during and after your time at school or college. Finally, we’ll end by sharing with you our focus on diversity, why it matters so much to us and break down some of the myths around the recruitment process.
