Choose to join us in Belfast, Leeds or Birmingham. Our Big Data Summer Camp’ is a week-long, paid internship that will help you to:
Understand more about the Big Data and Technology sector
Learn theoretical and technical techniques used
Work on real client challenges and case studies and simulations
Gain a deep insight into the work we do, and problems we can help our clients solve
Learn how big data is stored, processed and used
You’ll also develop much more than just your technical and data skills. Our case studies and interactive exercises will provide you the opportunity to build relationships and use your initiative to solve problems
On this programme, we’ll welcome you with a quick introduction to PwC and our Technology practice, set you up on your laptop and give you an opportunity to meet other people doing the placement with you, helping you to make friends from the start. From then onwards, you’ll dive straight into the exciting world of Big Data and Data Analytics. Each day will be different, you’ll learn from some of our experts in this fi eld who’ll give you an insight into how the skills you’re developing are being implemented to help ourclients use their data to gain a competitive edge.

Currently in year 12* and studying for AS levels or equivalent
Interested in taking your first steps towards a career in Big Data and technology
Available for a week during your summer holidays between years 12 and 13 from either 24 or 31 July
You'll need to be on course for a 96 UCAS tariff at A level (excluding general studies)
You’ll need to have achieved a GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English
Previous work experience is not required
You need to demonstrate a clear passion for technology and data
Please note we don't provide accommodation or travel expenses to and from the base office
