Our culture drives success – both ours and yours. It gives us a sustainable advantage. We want to create an environment where our employees feel empowered to work in a way that works for our clients, teams, and you personally. Deliver practical, insightful advice that gets straight to the heart of big business issues. You’ll get to work closely with the best in industry, finance and government in the UK and abroad, bringing fresh insights and motivation to the problems they face. Our clients might want us to help them enter new markets; address the challenges created by organisational change; or draw up a sustainability strategy that aligns their commercial objectives with broader environmental and social concerns. Whichever part of Consulting you join, you’ll help organisations of all shapes and sizes from strategy right through to execution.
We help our clients with major mergers and acquisitions and resolve business crises. You could work on anything from international take-over bids to economic crime investigations and cases of insolvency. So if you’re naturally inquisitive, analytical and like a challenge, then Operate could be for you.
You hear it called the digital revolution – the transformation of how we work and live, which is one of the great megatrends we believe will shape the world in the 21st century. We use technical and business knowledge to solve our clients’ problems. Because we offer so many different technology services we need people with different experiences to help us deliver them effectively. You just need to have a passion for technology and be willing to contribute early on. Your knowledge will help high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You’ll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems and use your insight to solve long-term problems. Over 3,000 tax experts work in some 20 key areas and you’ll be part of a business that’s proactively engaging in the tax policy debate and focused on leading views and new ideas. "The Talent Academy was a very useful insight into a career with PwC. Not only was it an enjoyable few days and a great way to network with other likeminded students, but it also allowed me to get a feel for the culture of the firm. While at the academy we were given many informative talks about both PwC as a business and the different areas you can choose to join. From the academy I was directly offered an interview for a summer internship. Given the valuable experience gained over the few days, I would highly recommend the Talent Academy to first years as it gives you a real head start into the highly competitive business world."
