Andy leads PwC’s relationship with the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). He and his team are committed to unlocking the full power of the PwC network globally for both the FCDO in Whitehall and for every single mission around the world.

Andy has been focused on the International Development market for over 10 years, initially leading our work with the Department for International Development (DFID), delivering complex multi year programmes in some of the most challenging locations around the world and then in 2016 taking on the lead Global Relationship Partner role for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

Andy initially joined Price Waterhouse in 1998 as a Cyber Security Consultant focused on Ethical Hacking in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries. He became a partner in July 2006 and moved into our Government and Public Sector practice in 2008 to follow his passion to build a more ‘purpose lead’ business with a direct impact on improving the lives of the world's poorest and most vulnerable people.

Alongside his client role, in 2018 he took on a two year cycle of experience leading the PwC UK Sales and Marketing function as the firm's first UK Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.

Andy’s technical specialism has evolved to focus on change and leadership. As part of our Global People and Organisation competency he is responsible for the development and delivery of leadership, culture, talent and inclusion programmes , with a focus on helping individuals, teams and organisations to be the best that they can be, unlocking their full market and individual human potential.

Andy is a regular public speaker, usually focusing on strengths based development, diversity, and inclusion. He has given two TED Talks and has also spoken on Gender Equality at the United Nations HQ in New York.
