Andy leads our Sales and Marketing function as the firm's first UK Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. He is also the Lead Relationship Partner for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and a Consulting Partner within our Government and Health Industries (G&HI) sector.

Working with the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the FCO, Andy and his team use the Global network of PwC member firms and associated subject matter experts to improve the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable in the world and to promote sustainable economic development and prosperity. 

Andy is also part of the team that is responsible for the development and delivery of Leadership, Culture, Talent and Inclusion programmes for PwC people and our clients, with a focus on helping individuals, teams and organisations to be the best that they can be, unlocking their full market and individual human potential. 

Andy was the founding Partner for the UK firm's inclusive business network, @ShinePwC. This is an inclusive buiness network for gays, lesbians and everyone else and is open to everyone including clients and those in our extended networks (www.pwc.co.uk/shine). Andy is also a regular public speaker, focusing on topics such as strengths-based development and Diversity and Inclusion. He has participated in two TED Talks and has also spoken on Gender Equality at the United Nations HQ in New York.
