A dedicated specialist for 14 years, Chris has advised on hundreds of transactions, across a broad range of sectors and types, experience which he uses to find the best structure early so that he can reduce clients’ costs and minimise deal execution issues. He currently leads PwC UK’s Accounting Advisory team.
Chris has been advising on a variety of pension related structures since 2007, including most of the asset backed contributions, reservoir trusts, and inflation swap structures that PwC has advised on.
