Dan helps government and public sector clients develop and implement their reform strategies. His current focus is health, working with NHS commissioners on the delivery of major reforms to the commissioning of health services. He is also leading PwC's work on market reform; helping clients to benefit from insights about how to improve the ways markets work across a range of regulated sectors.
In his career at PwC, Dan has advised clients on reforms in many key sectors - always with the aim of improving outcomes for the public - including education, welfare, criminal justice, local government, policing and now health. Dan joined PwC in 2001 having worked in both central and local government policy making roles.
