Dee is a Director in the Pensions Consulting team and has extensive experience advising clients across a range of industries. She specialises in advising sponsors on a range of issues, including:
- Agreement and implementation of long-term strategy for the scheme;
- Integrated risk management;
- Scheme funding negotiation;
- Benefit and scheme re-design;
- Scheme restructuring; and
- Implementation of contingent assets and ABC structures.
Dee works directly with boards and committees tasked with implementing pension strategy and her clients include a number of FTSE100 sponsors. She has advised DWP and the Pensions Regulator. She has a track record of advising on innovative ideas and solutions, spanning many aspects of the life of a pension scheme.
